  The Hurst Store has the most rude, uninformed, bunch of employees of any store or business I have ever had the displeasure of running across. However, that is when and IF you can locate one. I was looking for a washer, dryer and refrigerator. One person said they would help & be back. Never returned. Bought my appliances at Lowe's. Also stopped by tool dept on my way out, same situation. Not an employee in sight. I'll never go back

  We are a young couple who just bought an apartment and we went today to look at couches with a couple of our friends. Nobody would approach us. We were waiting for someone to pass by to ask how we go about purchasing and one of the employees (I guess assuming we were a bunch of kids just looking for someone to sit and chill in the mall) and VERY rudely asked us to leave. His exact words were “This is not a “chill zone”” Instead of asking what we were doing or if he could help with anything. I asked to speak to his manager (Robert according to the rude employee that yelled across the department who was sitting there watching the whole thing and had to have heard us comparing the pros and cons) and he had absolutely nothing to say. Insanely upset with the service we received here and will never return to this location. And just to add another note, this department was NOT busy at all. Not a singlet other customer I saw on the floor. It is not like we were taking away from other customers viewing of the products. Ridiculous.
