I took a chance they may have an odd item I was looking for and though they instantly knew they didn't have it, they asked many questions to help get a detailed idea of what I wanted and suggested multiple places I could look. I have shopped at other Kay stores before and found them trustworthy and knowledgeable, but these people at this location went far beyond what I expected. Will be shopping here in the future should I need any jewelry or cleaning/repair jobs done.
