  The customer service was excellent! I felt welcomed and felt at ease since the staff was vastly knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional. Now the Point of Service system that Jared still uses is very much outdated to the point where it refused to finalize my pick up at store order and the employee had to cancel my order and refund my money to my card. Unfortunately my bank sends out an alert to both my wife's email and my own. So to say the least this ended up spoiling my surprise gift for her and I will no longer have the element of surprise for her amazing gift. I would have given a five star rating if it weren't for the outdated corporate system and spoiling the surprise. Fortunately enough I was carrying cash with me just in case something like this happened. So good for me.
