  Very helpful every time I visit the store or even just call. Always super friendly and I am never made to feel as if I am inconveniencing them, even though I am pretty sure I have. Thanks Hurst Hot Topic for providing this customer with an exemplary experience! Keep up the good work!

  It’s okay... the employees aren’t that helpful, but I’ve also never had insanely terrible experiences with them. The store is crazy cramped (like most Hot Topics), but this one gets really crowded for such a small space.

  Rude and not helpful, went to the location in grapevine and informed me that what they did at the north east malls location wasn't in line with what their polices state. Always nice to get lied to :) I'd avoid this one if at possible.
