  We came into the store being welcomed immediately and Larry asked us if he can assist us or help us find anything. We told him about inquiring for a dining room table and showed us models. Explained the current promotions and felt very easy with his professionalism and demeanor. We left with an awesome dining room table and pleased with his excellent Cust service. Larry should commended on his sales approach and friendly demeanor.

  I like my computer choice however, I felt the advertising was false. I knew what I wanted when I walked through the door last week. I wanted to pay what the website advertise but ended with another product and still didn't get the payments I was quoted. Yes it was a bait and switch nothing blind sides me too much. I decided to get the computer anyway was my choice the sales counselor James was trained well. He was kind, funny, and very charismatic. I spoke to him before driving to your location and being that I'm a woman of my word I only wanted to do business with him. He is the ONLY reason why I made this purchase. There were several things I felt was not in my favor because of the company not James. I could be wrong but if I am I will allow God to handle the situation. I personally give James 10 stars but choose to give Conn a star for giving me this opportunity to meet such a person like James who I think should look into having his own company. Step out on faith because I feel the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous. Best Regards, Leslie M Williams

  I received excellent customer service from Bryan Gonzalez. He was very polite, professional and reviewed all options with me allowing ME to decide what was best for me. He's a great asset to Conn's!
